Zarana Dobariya is a Registered Physiotherapist who has been practicing since 2017. She is passionate about pelvic health, women’s health, and evidence-informed rehabilitation, with a focus on helping patients restore function, improve confidence, and return to meaningful daily activities.

She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and has completed advanced training in pelvic health physiotherapy (Levels 1–3), acupuncture, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, TMJ dysfunction, and manual therapy.

Zarana works with women, men, and paediatric pelvic floor patients and believes in providing compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Her treatment approach integrates education, movement, breathing coordination, hands-on therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation to support long-term recovery and overall well-being. Kristi earned her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 2020 and her Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University in 2017. She is a registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

Kristi takes an evidence-informed, patient-centered approach to physiotherapy. She combines comprehensive movement assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, and education to help clients achieve their goals and return to the activities that matter most to them. She believes that movement is one of the most powerful tools in rehabilitation and is passionate about empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery. Kristi collaborates closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized care.

Kristi treats a wide variety of orthopaedic and sport-related injuries. Her treatment approach includes detailed movement analysis, identifying contributing factors to pain or dysfunction, and developing individualized rehabilitation programs that address strength, mobility, performance, and long-term injury prevention. Whether returning to daily activities, recreational exercise, or competitive sport, Kristi enjoys helping clients build confidence in their bodies and successfully return to the activities they love. She has a particular interest in return-to-sport rehabilitation and helping active individuals safely transition back to training and performance.

Committed to lifelong learning, Kristi regularly pursues continuing education to enhance her clinical skills. She has a special interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and has completed pelvic health training through Levels 1, 2, and 3, along with additional training in labour and delivery preparation. As a pelvic health physiotherapist, she is trained in both internal and external assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles.

Kristi works with individuals of all genders experiencing a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, pregnancy-related discomfort, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, return to exercise, and pelvic floor dysfunction during sport and physical activity. She is passionate about creating a comfortable, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.

As an active individual herself, Kristi understands the importance of helping people stay active, return to sport, and move with confidence throughout every stage of life. She believes that rehabilitation should not only reduce pain, but also help individuals build resilience, improve performance, and continue participating in the activities that bring them joy.

Outside of the clinic, Kristi enjoys staying active through road cycling, spin classes, strength training, running, and CrossFit. In 2025, she completed her first triathlon, further deepening her appreciation for movement, performance, and the physical and mental benefits of exercise. Anne Dorey began her career as a physiotherapist in 2001 after completing the Physiotherapy program at the University of Ottawa.

Anne’s experience as a physiotherapist has included work in hospitals, private practice and various research roles. As part of teams working in intensive care, cardiac surgery, neurology and complex medical care, Anne developed her clinical skills at some of the foremost research hospitals in Canada. She went on to be a strong advocate for geriatric clients in acute care, and has developed and implemented rehabilitation programs at hospitals in both Ontario and British Columbia.

Anne began working exclusively with pelvic health clients in 2007 as a physiotherapist with a Women’s Health Centre in Ottawa. Since returning to Oakville in 2011, Anne continued to advance her specialized training and clinical expertise in pelvic health, as the lead therapist tasked with developing a pelvic health practice within a large clinic. She went on to launch Oakville Pelvic Health in 2016, which has grown into an established and thriving practice, with strong connections in the health care and allied health community.

Anne treats a wide range of pelvic health issues affecting all genders and ages, across many stages of life. Kaitlin earned her MSc (PT) from McMaster University in 2008. She began her career in an orthopedic practice setting gaining experience treating sports injuries, workplace injuries, neurological conditions and car accident injuries.

She began treating pelvic health in 2012 and has really found her passion. Her interest in pelvic health began after the birth of her first child, when told that her pelvic symptoms would resolve with time and there was nothing to be done. As a result of researching pelvic health and consulting with her colleagues she discovered how important it was to treat pelvic health conditions. This experience propelled Kaitlin into the world of pelvic health, and she has not looked back.

Kaitlin’s continuing practice and educational journey in pelvic health has included treating incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, pre and post partum care and oncology. She attended the International Pelvic Pain Society conference in 2017, to learn from some of the leaders of the pain neuroscience community and looks forward to attending conferences and courses to learn more and to further benefit her clients and her community.

Kaitlin is married and a mother to two beautiful children. She is an avid camper, gardener and lover of the outdoors. She also enjoys trying her hand at various crafting and sewing projects.
